In Bloom #48 + White Blooms and Thorns

This photo was taken just this week while visiting a friend.   We visited outside so we could socially distance.  It was late in the afternoon and it was so nice to feel the sun on my face after so much rain.  This unidentified thorny bush with small white flowers still had plenty of buds to yet bloom.

Can you identify this shrub?  I did a reverse image search and found the exact blooms but the photo was on a photostock website and only labeled white blooms.  No help!

Happy Sunday,

  1. So pretty but I have no idea what type of flowers they are! Do you participate in QuiltCon Together this year?

  2. Hi Paige! I'm so glad you had a chance to visit with a friend, and be together outdoors. It's just too bad that after nearly a year of this, we're still having to play it safe. I am not good at identifying blooms, so I hope someone else can help you out! Be well.

  3. I have no idea, but they remind me a bit of the crab apple blossoms up here. I'm curious, too, if you attended QuiltCon Together?
